These Terms govern your school's use of the Lumbyte Edu platform, operated by Pavictek Digital Ltd ("Lumbyte", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using Lumbyte, you agree to these Terms.

The service

Lumbyte provides school management software covering academics, admissions, fees, and parent communication, offered under the plan and add-ons described on our Pricing page.

School accounts

Schools are responsible for the accuracy of data entered by their staff, for keeping admin credentials secure, and for ensuring staff and parent users comply with these Terms.

Billing

The plan is billed per student, per term, and add-ons are billed separately per school, per term, via our payment partners. Fees are non-refundable once a term has started, except as required by law.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt to access data belonging to another school, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.

Availability

We aim to keep Lumbyte available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service and may perform maintenance with reasonable notice where possible.

Termination

A school may stop using Lumbyte at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or have significantly overdue payment.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
