Register Your School

Add a teacher and give them access

Create the account and decide which classes and subjects they handle.

  1. Open Teachers → All Teachers and choose Add Staff.
  2. Enter their name, email, phone and qualification.
  3. Save. The teacher is emailed a temporary password and must choose their own the first time they sign in.
  4. Open Class & Subject Assignment and choose Edit on their card to give them a class (as class teacher) and the subjects they teach.

A teacher only sees the classes and subjects assigned to them.

To add several teachers at once, import them from a spreadsheet under Settings → Data. Each gets their own one-time password. See Your data, exports and backups.

A teacher's profile

Details, classes and subjects, activity and password reset in one place.

Open Teachers → All Teachers and choose View profile on a teacher's card.

  • Details: choose Edit to change their name, email, phone, gender, date of birth, address, qualification, years of experience and status. Set the status to Inactive for staff who have left or are on leave. They stay on record.
  • Classes and subjects: the classes they lead and the subjects they teach. Choose Edit to change them. A class has only one class teacher, so giving a class to someone moves it from the teacher who had it.
  • Activity: scores entered, lesson notes, courses and attendance, with dates.
  • Photo: click the picture to add or change it. Only administrators can do this.
  • Reset password: emails the teacher a one-time link to choose a new password. Their old password stops working straight away.

The same assignment screen is available for every teacher at once under Teachers → Class & Subject Assignment.

What teachers can do in their portal

A tour of the teacher side.

  • My Classes: the students in the class they lead.
  • Attendance: take the daily register.
  • Grades & Results: enter and review scores.
  • My Timetable: their teaching week.
  • My Subjects (LMS): build courses, lessons, files, assignments, quizzes and live classes.
  • Lesson Notes: write lesson notes for the administrator to review.
  • Grade Submissions: mark student submissions and give feedback.
  • Messages: chat with parents and the school office.

Review lesson notes

Approve or return lesson notes teachers submit.

Teachers write lesson notes and submit them. Open Teachers → Lesson Notes Review to read each note, then approve it or return it with comments so the teacher can fix it.

See what each teacher has done

A real activity summary, not guesses.

Teachers → Performance & Activity shows, for each teacher, the figures that exist in the system: scores entered this term, lesson notes submitted, attendance days recorded and published courses. A teacher's profile also has a recent-activity timeline.

HRM & Payroll (add-on)

Staff salary records, payroll runs and payslips.

Payroll is an optional paid add-on. When it is active you will find it under Teachers → Payroll. When it is not, the menu item shows a lock and explains how to activate it. See Plans, billing & add-ons.
